check out: The modern extension completes the courtyard space by adding two new wings, a gabled wing along the rear street and a lower connector to the south, respecting the proportions and patterns of the historic surroundings. It is an interpretation of the quintessential brick building. The bus stops at Holbergarkaden, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the museum. You can also walk (2 kms) from the station to the museum, passing the beautiful lake, forrest, Sorø Academy and Sorø Church on the way. See the route here By car: Take exit 37 on E20 towards Sorø. Follow the signs to the city center. The museum is located on the main street of Sorø. Parking is available close by.
