Personally the PROA gets my vote for the best contemporary building in BA. The use and combination of materiality and oblique angles makes this building not only interesting architecturally, but also functions well as a gallery space. The rooftop terrace has a great view of the Riachuelo, and is a great place to get away from the tourist trappings of La Boca.
