Getting there:Fallingwater is located in southwest Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands about 90 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The house is located along PA Route 381 between the villages of Mill Run and Ohiopyle. It is approximately 19 miles south of the Donegal exit (Exit #91) of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) or 10 miles north of US Route 40. Please use caution when following directions provided by MapQuest or other similar mapping programs, as these will often place you on secondary or unpaved roads. In particular, avoid any directions that send you to Fallingwater via Tabey Road. We suggest you use the directions as printed below.

A self-guided grounds tour, which allows you to view the outside of the house and the landscape, is available every day, including January and February, weather permitting.
Advance ticket purchase or reservations are essential for all tours at Fallingwater. Tickets may be purchased on-line or by calling Visitor Services at 724-329-8501 daily 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

All special tours such as the In-depth Tour, Sunset Tour and Brunch Tour are available by advance ticket purchase only. For the best choice of times you should make your reservation or purchase your tickets at least 10 day to two weeks in advance. For the special tours we recommend calling 3 to 4 weeks in advance as space is limited and these often sell out quickly…”
