The City of Arts and Sciences is a scientific and cultural complex comprising of:

Hemisfèric (an Imax Cinema, Planetarium and Laserium. Built in the shape of the eye and has an approximate surface of 13,000 m².) Umbracle (a landscaped vantage point and car park) Príncipe Felipe Science Museum (an innovative centre of interactive science) Oceanográfico (open-air oceanographic park with over 500 marine species) Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía (opera house and performing arts centre) Ágora (covered plaza) getting there: By train Valencia has two main train stations, Estación de El Cabanyal and Estación del Norte. One can take a city bus from either of these stations to the City of Arts and Sciences. At the El Cabanyal station, bus nº1; At the North station, bus nº15 is the closest. This is the stopping place for regular services arriving from all over Spain. To get to the City of Arts and Sciences from here, just cross the river and catch EMT bus nº95 The following EMT buses go the City of Arts and Sciences: 1, 13, 14,15, 19, 35, 95 and 40 By metro The metro lines closest to the City of Arts and Sciences are lines nº 3 and nº 5 .
